Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped via UPS with signature required on orders above $100. On some occasions, orders may be shipped via USPS Priority. We DO NOT ship to PO boxes.

Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, orders will be shipped out as 2-Day method. 
For shipments to Puerto Rico, orders will be shipped out via USPS Priority.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

International Shipping currently does not offer an international shipping method on our website. Please contact us via email at [email protected] to get a shipping quote. It is recommended to provide your full address along with the item(s) you're interested in order to get an accurate shipping quote. Note about international shipping
Depending on the value of your order, your package may or may not be charged customs or import taxes. If your parcel does incur customs taxes or duty it's entirely up to you (as the receiver) to cover these costs. Unfortunately, as these charges differ from country to country we are unable to directly advise you on what these might be. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering so you're not surprised by any unexpected delivery charges. By law, all items must be declared at their full price and we cannot alter the amount to decrease any custom fees. Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time of 1 P.M. PST, it will be processed the following business day.

We don't ship on the following US holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Tracking Information

Once a shipping label has been created, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system. The e-mail will contain your tracking number, and shipment details. You may track your order by going to the carrier website and entering the tracking number.
